At Pro Light Solar, we aim to provide secure, convenient, and reliable payment options for all customers in South Africa. This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods we accept and important information regarding transaction processing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

  • Card payments are securely processed through our payment gateway provider.

  • We do not store your full card details on our servers.

  • By submitting your card details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and that sufficient funds are available.

If your card transaction is declined, your order will not be processed. You may need to contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

We also accept direct bank transfers (EFT).

Important Information:

  • EFT payments must be completed within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • Your order will only be processed once funds have cleared in our bank account.

  • Please use your order number as the payment reference to avoid delays.

If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Banking details will be provided at checkout for EFT transactions.

Payment Verification

For security purposes, we may require additional verification for certain transactions. This may include:

  • Confirming billing details

  • Verifying identity

  • Requesting proof of payment (for EFT transactions)

Orders may be delayed until verification is successfully completed.

Failed or Rejected Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • The order will not be confirmed.

  • No products will be dispatched.

  • You may place a new order using an alternative payment method.

Currency

All transactions are processed in ZAR (South African Rand). If you are using an international card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. Pro Light Solar is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made using your payment method.
